Policy Details
- Cancellation: If your order has not shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by email. Once shipped, cancellation is not available.
- Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us first for return instructions. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
- Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise required by applicable law).
- Refunds: Once your return is approved (and received/inspected if required), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
